Send a clear problem report without sending private documents or passwords.
Useful information
Include the phone model, iOS or Android version, CineBuddy version, and a short description of what happened.
Never send a password, one-time code, passport, identity card, driving licence, full payment details, or another person's private data.
Safety
Use Report and Block for a live member. Preview profiles cannot receive a live report. The safety mailbox and report queue are not monitored 24/7. For immediate danger in France, call 112 or 17, or use the official 114 SMS/app route when a normal voice call is not possible. CineBuddy cannot dispatch police.
